Curcumin Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

500ml Coconut Water, 500g Carrots, 250ml Orange Juice, 2.5g Curcumin Phytosome, 10g Fresh Ginger, 5g Fresh Tumeric, Lemon Juice & Sugar (both optional)

Method

Peel the carrots, ginger & fresh turmeric. Liquefy them all. Mix in the coconut water and orange juice. Add the cur cumin and mix well. Add lemon juice and sugar to taste. Serve very cold.
