TTi Winter Camp a Success!

December 23rd 2019

TTi’s Camp on the 20th was a massive success, seeing player mimic sessions and structure that will be used during the the next years camps.

The first session had a focus on spring in possession and being able go maintain possession whilst making critical decisions in the attack. The second was a defensive workshop with the players focusing efforts around individual and group defending.

The last session of the day was centered on finishing with pattern play, echoing the mornings possession work. The sessions were interspersed with physiological work with Ed Shone, TTi Sports Science Manager.

Players from Development Center to High School age were in attendance at Presbyterian Outdoor Eduction Center.

“We are really happy with the players efforts today. We are trying to begin shaping the camp and summer for 2020 for TTi. So it is good to see the players ability to handle sessions. I also think the work with Ed is vital as it keeps them healthy prior, during and after sessions” Said Lee Cullip, TTi Sporting Director “being able to use Presbyterian’s Outdoor Education Center ensures we have a first class experience for the players. The facilities are second to none and allow the players to work with the best resources” Cullip concluded.

TTi Soccer will shortly be announcing their soccer calendar for 2020, which will include nine (YES 9!) camps as well as a full Sumer of session 8.30am-1.30pm every day). The next TTi Soccer camp is in January 2020.
