McDermott Tops Class

May 15th 2019

Reese McDermott (pictured above) took home the Vype Private school player of the year for 2018/19 season for her outstanding performance for St. Thomas Episcopal.

The versatile wide or central attacker received the award last week due to her outstanding appearances not he field.

“I’m not surprised at all” said TTi Sporting Director, Lee Cullip “Reese is dedicated, applied and positive about her football. She has all the makings of a great player and will be an asset to Colorado School of Mines and the Bluebonnets - we are a very proud Institute” Cullip concluded.

Reese will follow in footsteps of TTi Bluebonnet Emily Townsend (2019) and be joined by AK Ford at CSM. The tricky winger will be training with the Bluebonnets this summer as they go in search of their third consecutive conference final.

Reese plays her club football at Albion Hurricanes and High School at St. Thomas Episcopal.
