TTi Partners with Aveva Stadium home of the Houston SaberCats MLR

TTi Soccer will host its summer sessions at Aveva Stadium in Houston, TX. The Aveva Stadium is home to the Houston SaberCats, Houston Professional Rugby Team.

 “This has all the makings of a perfect partnership for us at Aveva Stadium. Our main focus is rugby, but we want to be a home for all sports and be a conduit to helping youth sports grow in Houston” Said J.T. Onyett, Houston Sabercats General Manager.

TTi’s Summer Sessions will start Monday June 1st at Aveva and run until the middle of August. The sessions will take place in the week going Monday-Friday from 8am-12noon each day.

The sessions will have guest coaches from all over the country (where travel is permitted). 

“Well we are so happy to have found a home that has the right people and share the same values as TTi. The fields are beautiful, and it is a reflection of the pride in the SaberCats organization. We look forward to a long a successful partnership with Aveva”. Said TTi Sporting Director Lee Cullip.

The cut off for membership is May 24th at 5pm. Afterwards, there will be alternate weekly pricing (or a 6-month option) for the players wishing to join TTi past that date.

“We want to stay honest with our membership. The reality is we are not a summer program.” Said Lee Cullip “we are a continuing developmental program and we have to be set up that way for a plethora of reasons, one being that you simply cannot develop a player in such a small space of time – you can give ideas and concepts, but true development requires the player to see beyond the immediate and work backwards from their goals and dreams. We have to be Abel to serve the players that share that vision with us, especially during those summer months” Cullip concluded.
