Bluebonnets Post 3-2 Home Victory

The Bluebonnets head into the week victorious over local team Texas Titans. The Titans, now with an 0-4 record struggled against the 83% possession the Bluebonnets had during the match.

Jamaican International Toriana Patterson opened with he first of her tow for the night from the air from a deft Jordan Jackson free kick.

The Bluebonnets soon doubled their lead through Patterson again.

Brooksby added with a wonderful individual effort with minutes to play after breaking through the Titans back line. The Utah native waved effortlessly through the line and completed scoring for the Bluebonnets.

A dubious penalty decision left the half time scoreline reading 3-1.

The Titans came out in the second half putting on pressure from a headed goal, bringing the scoreline to 3-2.

"We have things to work on" Jordan Jackson, Bluebonnets Captain said "but the team looks good, were playing really well for thew majority of the time and need to capitalize on the chances we had this evening and in the future" the Former Houston Dash player concluded.

The Bluebonnets now hit the road to Austin to play Lonestar this Saturday evening at Round Rock Multi Sport Complex in Austin, TX.
